A founding partner of Goldberg Noone Abraham, Michael Noone brings a unique and powerful perspective to personal injury law. Before becoming an attorney, Michael began his career as a Senior Claims Adjuster for the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Insurance Company, where he handled complex bodily injury claims. This experience gave him invaluable insight into how insurance companies evaluate cases, delay settlements, and attempt to minimize payouts. Now, as a personal injury attorney, he uses that knowledge to his clients’ advantage—anticipating insurers’ strategies and aggressively negotiating maximum compensation for injury victims.


A fierce trial attorney, Mike has been instrumental in securing some of the highest verdicts in Lee County history. Notably, he achieved a $27.9 million jury verdict for a young married couple involved in an automobile accident, resulting in one spouse being rendered a quadriplegic.   Since then, he has continued to secure numerous multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements.

Michael Noone is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is an active member of the Florida Justice Association and Lee County Bar Association. He has also completed a Supreme Court Certified County Mediation Training Program with the Florida Dispute Resolution Center, further strengthening his ability to resolve cases efficiently while securing the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Pennsylvania State University in 1979. Outside the courtroom, he has been deeply involved in the community, volunteering with the local YMCA and youth sports organizations to help support and mentor young athletes.

With decades of experience on both sides of the claims process, Mike Noone is a zealous advocate for injury victims—ensuring insurance companies play fair and his clients receive the full compensation they deserve.
